Old vine Carignan from Annick Perolari. Fittingly wild and gamey yet fresh and pure.

Old old carignan vines from Saint Chinian makes this super concentrated, cranberries, currant, and funk-forward wine one of my favorites in...the last week. Always fun smelling meaty gamey wildness and having balanced fruit flood the palate.
