At le Bô Bar in Bordeaux there is no winelist. Everything is served blind to you. I asked for a light red, no oak, not necessarily from the region, something new to me. A carafe with a 100% petit verdot wine from Languedoc came to the table. Definitely new to me! I thought it was peppery and floral. The label on the bottle thinks so too.
