The palate is nice with a gokd acid drive, a thin yet fruity and vivid matter with that shining cherry note, a tiny note of licorice lingers in the back. No tannins and a cool finsih with cherry and that licorice note for a while. Definitely not the best Beaujo I've had (far from it) but when you taste it along with cheeses it does its trick
