Dense and seriously mineral driven. Seashell, saline, chalk, white flowers, subtle melon and citrus undertones. The depth of this wine is hard to argue with and the creamy texture is matched by lively acidity. This is one of those wines that demands your attention and rewards you for every second of it.

There's enough stuffing in this to lay down for quite a while. Only time will tell if it will develop but it's absolutely worth laying down to find out.

This was fantastic yesterday! Chalky, flinty and a little salty with epic levels of purity - 2013

Energetic Muscadet. Pure, with an alluring saline undertone.

Dense, eclectic muscadet. Possibly my favorite bottle from the area I’ve ever had. On top of the typical mineral and saline zest, it moves into a waxy, almost petrol stone fruit that alludes more to Riesling than laser focused oyster wine. It’s a bit subtle, but you can lose yourself when you give it the attention it deserves.

Gorgeous muscadet. Saline nose, palate is mineral-driven, massive note of oyster shell, citron, creamy, medium acid, medium finish. Like a Chablis from the sea. Beautiful work.
