Nice fresh SB from the Loire, this Sancerre has a light straw color, nose of lime, minerals, crushed stones and grapefruit, medium body with lightly bitter acidity and a sense of freshness. Medium finish. I had better Sancerre in the past, yet it went well with some excellent Sushi in Tokyo ;-). My score 84, drink to 2017
