Exactly what I want in a weeknight white burg. Little to no oak, soft citrus and orchard fruit, and a slight bitter tinge in the finish. Simple and good with smoked chicken.

smells of sweet lemon, stone, grass, chive, faint butter-cream, clean sheets, dandelion....cantalope on the mouth. ripe and refreshing.
