Domaine Cros de la Mure
Côtes du Rhône Red Rhone Blend
Delicious. A high proportion of Syrah lends the character of a northern Rhone...and the fab 2007 vintage shines through. At £10:50/ bottle this is outstanding value.

Oct 27th, 2017The value wines. £10, delivering loads of up front spice and great for bbq or even a rich bourguignon.

Jun 22nd, 2016Noses cherry, stable, coal and glycerols. Red fruit and white pepper on the palette, with a cool mouthfeel. The even tannins are deceptively drying but the grip is medium bodied. More than a hint of Burgundy.

May 19th, 2015Domaine Cros de la Mure is a small biodynamic winery, an addition to our wine list since 2012. It is the best exponent of the style and the excellent quality found in the wines from the relatively recently promoted enclave of the Massif D’Uchaux (until 2005 a Côtes du Rhône Villages Appellation)....
Nose: Light barnyard, earth, blueberry dark cherry, musty
Palate: ripe black cherries, earth, med tannin, med acids, balanced medium plus bodied wine
