Cuvée Vieilles Vignes Musigny Grand Cru Pinot Noir

Very dark fruited. A little closed needs another 3-5 years

This is brooding dark and tight. Very dense with a slightly odd sweet edges thing on the nose. A lovely dense palate. This is serious stuff. More masculine and bloody than the others tonight. Serious fruit but young.

Lovely mouthfeel. Very rounded and broad. Great fruit- slightly restrained with beautiful berry flavors with a settled fresh herbal note. Drinking really well now.

A very assertive nose that says I am here .
An exciting mixture of fruit , running the gamut of colors, earth and spice . The palate while welcoming was not as gregarious as the nose . All of the nose was represented on the palate along with a streak of mineral but it was presented in an “uptight “ personality . Perhaps time will loosen up that personality.

Balance, balance, balance, that's all I kept thinking as I sipped on this all night. Complex, multilayered, opulent and lavish mix of dark fruit, spice, cedar, herbs and spice and everything nice! Gorgeous., Stunningly gorgeous.

What a beautiful wine. Displaying ripe red fruit and transforming into savory notes of umami and minerality.

Do ridiculously youthful..... Not really starting to develop 2nd-ary chrctrs

Quite good, but overshadowed by the competition!

Red cherry and spice, a little dilute on the palate at first but it fills in with air.
