The wine I had wasn't a Pinot noir, but Delectable won't let me edit the wine... it's the Domaine Comte de Monspey Bourgogne Aligoté. Slightly sweet, then distinct acidity, then sweet again. White flowers, peach, lemon, slight salinity #vinebox
