This was an interesting wine - my first from Corsica. Richer than a rosé and more robust than a Pinot. We tasted room temp and enjoyed the balance, with a touch of smoke, and we subsequently cooled it to fully expose its nature as a great warm weather wine that would stand up to and complement bbq.
