We visited Corsica and tastes this out of barrel. It smells insanely like the herbs surrounding the vineyard. Delicious. Grab a bottle if you can find it.

Aug 4th, 2016This wine is magical, so unique. At first nose had some funk then opened up to notes of dried plum, barberry, raspberry, fruit leather. Most predominant note was potpourri, smelled like Christmas Eve, cinnamon, nutmeg. Was beautifully balanced with round tannins marked by nice acidity, good structure. Noted evolved and changed every few minutes I went back to it. LOVE. Paired great with spicy charcuterie... Should be versatile in pairings with food, something substantial could handle bold flavors.
