Olivier Giroux is slaying it in Pouilly-Loche! He's NOT trying too hard with the elevage to seem bigger than its appellation. it's just beautifully clean fruit and terroir on display. So good. Les Mûres is my favorite so far from the '12s, hands down.

Very lovely: pears and marzipan with that kiss of barrel aging that White Burgundy illustrates so subtly. Real pretty! Classic, fresh, nearly timeless, verité!
