Domaine Christophe Mittnacht
Alsace Riesling

Fresh, supple, river current, saccharine scent of slices of mangoes being cut.
Prominent acidity on a dry Riesling. Kinda enjoy its underrated off-balance quality.
Tart, packs a punch in every sip š¤š½
Tropical fruit š“
Bit of astringency and unctuous quality right at the endnote, so I can see the point ticks on that, but Iām a bit more forgiving. Majority of wine will be decent and at least good at this level. B+ to A-
The A+ bottles just have to be firing on all cylinders at this point ya know
