Colour: Transparent and clear; bright yellow, not too much colour.
Nose: Lively citrus and lime with a touch of stone and minerality. Quite typical Loire Sauvignon – not too complex to the nose.
Palate: Good acidity and minerality, lively citrus – although not overpowering. Good balance between citrus flavour and minerality. Not too complex overall... Slightly more mineral in the finish
