My last bottle. This finally did OK. It took a long time - days to turn around. This producer is great when young. Storage though seems to be a risk. Out of 4 bottles just one was convincing.

Sucks. I should have not bought it. Calk and cherry but nothing else - a waste of cellar space it will not come around it’s just getting worse over time.
