A very very nice, beautifully elegant wine. Citrus notes on the nose, buttery, toasty, oaky flavors. There might be a hint of spice somewhere, very complex! Could age for a long time. Great pairing on scallops, poultry, even crème brûlée. The creamy texture and the buttery, lemony characters on the palate are really pleasant. Loved it!
