Very closed in the first hour or so through dinner but then opened up nicely. Red berries earth forest floor flowed into an acidic but lively and balanced palate and biting finish. Will see over next several days in Eto. Perhaps still need more time but already an excellent pairing for the ribs. 12.5 ABV.
