100% stainless steel Grand Cru. I like it. Terrific wine. I adore 2017 white burgundy. Very pure and very mineral nose. Green apple skins and terrific mineralic depth. Palate is racy and classically Chablis as can be. Terrific power and concentration with so much mineral. Fruit is only barely there green apple and pear. So fresh and deep. This is really terrific.
