Pas que syrah mr délectable! Mourvedre, grenache, carignan.
On en avait bu une avec chou du temps de l'impasse St canat et c'est que chou m'a appris ce qu'était la réduction d'un vin rouge 😉
Pas de réduction cette fois-ci, nez puissant sur du fruit très rouge avec quelque chose d'un peu plus animal... Bouche souple malgré la jeunesse, très bon.
