Smelled better than it tasted, but still tasted pretty good. Secondaries, tertiaries all there, just not extremely focused. I wasn't terribly upset drinking this.

Initially, a nice bouquet with delicate hints of blackberries and blueberries. Pronounced tannins give way to a lengthy finish. While the tannins soften over a couple hours, dark chocolate and slight raspberry notes develop. Just enough acid to keep the relatively strong, 21-year-old tannins in check. Delicious.
