Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2020 “Les Jarrons” 1er Cru pours, a deep ruby color with a near opaque core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of strawberry, cherry pie, leather, red flowers, and inorganic earth. On the palate the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Wonderful stuff. Drink now through 2040.

Super fragrant - lots of cherry, forest floor, some hints of herbal notes, pomegranate, blackberry, and cedar

2023/7. A really nice, fleshy, neo-classical Burgundy. It’s fleshy, tangy…swish it around your mouth and take another glug
