Solid CdeP. Enjoyed at home with a beef tenderloin with green peppercorn sauce (with black pepper, white pepper, cognac and cream). Nice pepper in the wine to complement the sauce. Had a bottle of the 2019 a couple of years ago, shortly after release. The additional time has helped mellow the wine. Did not decant, but opened about 45-60 minutes before sitting down, and drank a small glass to taste and open more surface area.
