Interesting array of aromas; quince, bruised pear, apricot, nuts, honey, dried ginger, honeysuckle, wet stones, tea leaves, watercress and phenols. Nice acidity and weight to the wine and some tannin in there as well. An advanced wine to drink on its own but really sang with vegetable curry. The bitterness dropped out and brighter fruits/ginger spice notes come into play.

Dry with slight oxidative nuttiness and round mouthfeel. Very nice wine.
