I found it more rounded than I prefer in my Chablis, without the Apple/acid snap on the finish. Still, well constructed.

Pale yellow with a light French Chardonnay nose. Thought a tinge of oak but label says SS. In the mouth found red apple & ripe pear, maybe some melon- medium body. A touch of sweetness with mild acidity and also a light touch of creaminess. A nice white-
