Les Caillerets Volnay 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Very silky and complex.

Equal parts energy/mass.

High energy aromas, the architecture is bit shapeless but is broad and deep. Still lot of potential held in reserve.

The food at Herbsaint paired beautifully with this. Pretty open 09' with very pretty fruit.
