Fourchaume Vieilles Vignes Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

I quite liked this classic style of Chablis that gets a bit of added depth from the old vines. Produced entirely in tank it has a steely minerality and a bit of flinty smoke behind the clean aromas and flavors of green apple and lemon. Very good length.
