Nose of raspberries, cherries and wet gravel. Not the most concentrated burg but has a nice purity to it. Medium acidity and light tannins round out a solid Wednesday wine

Bright and fresh berries with some tartness at first. The more it opened the more depth I felt on the palate. Even had some grip too! Paired amazingly with the foie gras and sweetbreads. Cut the buttery richness perfectly. I want more!
