A great partner for Cinnamon's bacon & kale ravioli! Like the dish, this Burg had a very savory personality, it also had great red fruit Pinot Noir character. A little whiff of S02 had mostly disappeared by the end of the bottle.

2012 Vintage tasted March of 2016. Lovely fruit and earth on opening, with some air in the bottle after a day it seems deeper with lovely balance
