I'm digging this more and more. This burgundy is a fantastic food wine. Today this went down with seared pork loin, prunes, orange, arugula salad seasoned with oregano and white vinegar and green onion. Lovely.

Getting to know burgundy. This bottle went down with ground beef chanterelles and Dijon mustard. Great combo. Decanted for 1 hour.
