Easy going, joyful wine. Garrigue, black berry, black olive, meat juice on the nose. The palate is very nice with a nice, soft, milky touch, a nice fruit enveloping a good acid frame. Some drying tannins come and give a kick before a rather long finish with fruit and a touch of salt. The milky texture makes it very nice and easy going. Good effort for a cooperative wine but rather average Joe southern France wine. It's difficult to place it blind which is a tad sad because I usually enjoy the Roussillon typicity.
