Fantastic wine, easy to drink with a mild spicy kick..

Bouche ample suave ronde la alcooleuse commence à se fondre

Nez légèrement réduction puis arômes viandes et d épices
Bouche ample avec une matière importante velouté de texture parfait mais finale sur le pruneaux les épices et surtout l alcool trop pour moi

Good and quite nice with the slightly fried riz de veau. Somewhat trop boise but it worked with the dish.
