Acid balance by fruit and texture. Tannin is integrated and lovely, finish of pepper and stone. #yum

This vintage of clape doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. I found it to be awesome, but also full of life. It evolved over a few hours. It was hard to get a bead on glass to glass.
