Domaine Alexis Gondard, Viré-Clessé Chardonnay 2021
Pineaple, lemon curd, vanilla, white flowers. Very nice, fruity and aromatic chardonnay nose. The palate is well made and shows a great acid drive, some pineaple touches all along, a good width, some nice, subtle mouthfeel and a rather long and enjoyable finish with pineaple, pear and citrusy notes. It's a good version of a southern burgundian chardonnay.
