This wine has a beautiful medium lemon (trending gold) hue and offers medium(+) intensity of aromas and flavors including ripe star fruit, melon, honeydew, white nectarine, just ripe mango, yellow apple, pear, and quince, next to gardenia, white blossom, fennel, chalk, and cream.
It paired wonderfully with the grilled halibut topped with basil, garlic, lemon butter.
