1985 vintage - the year I graduated medical school! Disgorged 1999. This one was sleeping in my cellar for 15 years. Probably past due. Deep color of autumn hay. Weak pop.
Bubbles have weakened. Fermented apples in the cellar, almost like a Calvados. Creamy.
