1992 Dom. Not the best representation of Champagne over the years, but bottle specific magic. This easily has a few more good years

Oxidized some for sure, to be expected from a 25 year old wine. Bruised apple, bruised pears, faint bubble-still had life though. Thankful to my buddy Jason for opening it with us
