Wow! Super intense. Blast of chai spice and pepper. Based on "9th-century Finnish recipe for Sahti" (whatever that may be) and brewed with rye and juniper with wort heated by wood-fired rocks. Hardcore. Makes an impression more than simply providing pleasure, but very good all the same.

Had this at a lecture on ancient fermentation, props to Dogfish for trying this, its like a very intense aromatic tea/cider if that makes sense.

Totally good, totally fun. Basically a requirement for a chilly fall night. Flavorful, spiced, almost cider-like.
