100% Furmint. Honey gold color. Aromas of tropical and orchard fruit, white flowers and a touch of petrol. Flavors of passion fruit, apricot, tangerine, lemon, baked apple and raw almonds. Slight honey/baking spice note on the long and mouth coating finish. Extremely crisp acidity and creamy/rich texture. Well balanced, viscous and elegant. Too sweet for me

Concentrated honeydew melon, diets, it has silky texture, balanced acidity with sweetness, medium long finish.

Raisiny desert, bitterness of the cores nicely contrasts light foamy eggy sabaion and could be a complement to something like goat cheese
