Gettin rowdy in here. Fresh and nervous with surprisingly mild tannins for a skin contact white. Great balance. Opens up like a nice light bodied red with time.

A much better showing my second time around. Pear skins, salty beeswax, but zippy.

Honey, herbs, and lemon with a waxy palate and beautiful acid

Has integrated nicely over the last year. Best as it warmed a bit and gave more range to the herbal aromatics.

Loved with roast chicken chile verde.

Nose to tail at Old Major and a fantastic pairing. Hardy is crushing it!
