Cloudy in the glass...50% skin fermented. Amazing depth and complexity after it warmed to room temp. Lean at 11% ABV ... the wine works well with food. Unusual, but I’d like to see what the wine does with some age.

Apr 19th, 2020Cloudy, pale, gold. Subtle chamomile, tangerine, white peach, wild flower honey. Rich but lithe with high acid buffered by light tannin. At the moment, fruit lacks some concentration and depth. Finish is medium and subtle. Hold.
