Pale lemon in color with a golden hue.

Pretty nose with nice elegance.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing citrus, lemons, green apples, limes, Indian spices, earth, minerals, brioche, sea salt and light river rocks.

Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.

This young English Blanc de Blanc is starting to drink nicely now, but needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.

This 12 year old English Sparkling is elegant and easy drinking. Tangy and interesting.

Good by itself or with food, and will pair nicely with oysters.

100% Chardonnay grapes were aged for 8 years on the lees. A small production of only 4,000 bottles made.

Nose smells of pastry shop and some hay and stone fruit. Palate is nice with a lot of acidity. More stone fruit pastries and some citrus but not a lot. Saline. Very nice for I think my first English sparkler.
