One of the freshest champagnes I’ve had in a while, still with good yeastiness. Good blanc de blanc fruit still comes through. Nice soft bubbles. Very nice.

Red apple and toasted notes! This NV had some time to chill in the bottle so it was nicely developed! Round palette and good core acid.
