The acids are persistent but smooth. Minerality's a small portion of it but just a firm classic example not over the top in my mind. Cross of ripe orange and lemon (Meyer), I guess kinda appley, blossoms, green/yellow bell pepper on the nose, a little stone fruit to it. Opens up in 15 minutes time which is exciting.
