Still think Pur Sang is my favorite in the Dagueneau line up for the precision and complexity that mingle with its touch of pliancy. The depth and intensity this wine has given its modest ripeness and SB structure blow my mind. So singular and full of character. Ripe grapefruit, buddah’s hand, ripe melons, asian pear, chervil, fresh sorrel, fresh peas, sea salt, crushed rocks, spring flowers.
