My new house white- a Greek blanc de noir, of all things. Has body & a bit of a mean streak. Like a chard, but not, & with round, broad mouth feel though the acid spine is there. Waxy yellow fruits.

Jan 5th, 2024A Greek Blanc de Noir, all taut & minerally. Glossy texture & fills the mouth. Lies somewhere between Chablis, Gruner, & Huet Chenin Blanc. Raw fennel, white grape notes. Leaning towards rounded on palate. Bought a few bottles so let’s see how it shapes up. Hopefully better than the Knicks 2nd playoff game…
