I don't often take it to Greece with my wine selections but this bottle was a fun lesson in textures of white wine. Oily and viscous on the palate but transcends to unfold an equal punch of acidity and liveliness. Citrus dominant with heavy Mediterranean notes of sea spray and crushed oyster shells. A complimentary match with dinner of chicken picatta & roast veggies. Picked up at Backroom Wines, Napa
