Lots of mineral/sulfur upon opening. Blew off to reveal pretty pear and white flowers with hints of ripe pineapple. Rich pineapple and lemon on the palate framed by slight muskiness, mineral and vibrant acidity.

Slightly sulfurous upon opening, but that blew off, giving way to mango, passion fruit, white orchids, and a massive umami note that reminds me of rich toasted and buttered brioche, celeriac root, Thai basil. Slightly saline. Pungent, assertive, delicious.
