Richer than expected. Lemony with some light spice. Freshness in spades, acidic structure adds some texture. Very nice Bourgogne.

Nice entry level Bourgogne blanc. Easy drinking, med body, bright acidity. My kind of Chardonnay.

Showing maturity, the fruitiness has fallen away allowing the savory, racy, mineral core to shine! There's not much nose, but the salted lemon on the palate is lipsmacking. Subtle, but great with pan seared pork loin, roasted brussels and homemade applesauce. I opened it 2 days ago, poured off a couple ounces, and stuck it in the fridge. Good stuff.
