Crisp, well balanced and is even enjoyable when drinking without food.

Nice entry level Bourgogne blanc. Easy drinking, med body, bright acidity. My kind of Chardonnay.

In pursuit of a Sunday kind of love: balmy, full flavored, accessible.

Showing maturity, the fruitiness has fallen away allowing the savory, racy, mineral core to shine! There's not much nose, but the salted lemon on the palate is lipsmacking. Subtle, but great with pan seared pork loin, roasted brussels and homemade applesauce. I opened it 2 days ago, poured off a couple ounces, and stuck it in the fridge. Good stuff.

Simple and clean. Pure Chardonnay with minimal lees and oak influence. Good, but maybe not as lively as I was looking for?
