Almost made me consider occasionally drinking cider. I even bought a bottle. At a very cold temperature, it really is almost as dry as a cremant might be, kind of a revelation for cider when I first tasted it. But glasses don't stay cold enough to make it work without an ice bucket. If you want a cider, I recommend this one. If you want a recommendation, it's not cider. Nit as good as Kinkiz.
