Vieilles Vignes Fixin Pinot Noir

Perfect timing for enjoying this 2009 at 12+ years. Nice expressed land to bottle.

Classic burg flavors. Cherry, tart raspberry, iron, asian spice, licorice, Wild herbs, roses, earth, forest floor. Love.

Delicious. Red berry flavor explodes on the pallet with educated tannins. Needs a bit more shrooms.

Beautifully crafted with dark ruby color, wonderful mouthfeel with tart acidic finish.....outstanding!

Great value at $40. Cherry, rose petal, leather, and forest floor. Delicious!

Whelan's Wines Rathmichael, edgy GC, needs to breathe for at least a couple of hours will complete wine notes then. Omg have a real soft spot for Gevrey Chambertin, Whelan's were right leave out for a few hours and Yum Yum, loved it all the characteristics of GC...loved it

テキサスのWine and moreで購入したFixin。アメリカでは結局飲む機会なく、日本まで持って帰ってきた。時間も経ってるし、真夏の輸送だったから心配だったけど、大丈夫だった。
やや煉瓦色になり始めたガーネット。香りは少し大人しめ。でもしっかりとしたPinot noir。明日以降が楽しみ
